Cognet SmartLearn India Pvt. Ltd., is an initiative of IACM SmartLearn Ltd. that promotes the use of Technology Enabled Learning through the portal CTEL. All its programs complement education and learning where students can learn at their own pace, collaborate with peers for experiential learning using blogs, chat rooms, etc.

With a 20 years career in sales, vocational training, Rajesh has extensive experience in running training workshops, specifically behavioral, marketing workshops implementing training programs throughout the organizations. He has successfully built and managed several business units from startup. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and establishing core processes for a business unit.
Rajesh has attended various national and international workshops and programs such as creative training techniques by Bob Pike in USA, among others.
Rajesh has completed DIETE, BBA and is a member of AIMA, has conducted and delivered more than 150+ training programmes on train the trainer, attitude building, leadership, management, sales & marketing etc. He has been an Invitee member in Delhi Technical Education Board in 1999.
Rajesh is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.

He evolved SMART Learning™ Training methodology, which was well appreciated and brought most coveted National Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Services Award 2002.

Ravi is known as visionary architect of the company who is overall responsible for management, creation of strategic alliances, business development and strategic planning, setting up new businesses, providing overall management support, setting up control and review mechanisms. His direct responsibilities include program development, Faculty and new courseware development, sales management; planning and execution of client specific strategies; business planning, demand creation and fulfillment. He is responsible for strategic direction to the company's plans for future growth - both organic and through strategic alliances, partnerships. He ensures that plans match corporate guidelines for target markets, client relevance and ROI.

Sandeep Gupta, Executive Director, IACM SmartLearn Ltd.

With a 20 years experience of managing sales and channel handling, he brings to company the skill-sets of business development, product/ channel marketing and strategy.
Sandeep has vast experience in organizing events, workshops, conferences and implementing programs throughout the organization. He has successfully managed number of business units from startup. He has extensive experience in setting up operations from scratch and establishing core processes for a business unit. At IACM he is known as Mr. Dependable.
Sandeep is responsible for channel development managing day-to-day operations, maintaining legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.

Pradeep Chaturvedi, Vice President, Institute of Directors

Mr. Pradeep Chaturvedi, Vice President, Institute of Directors, is an internationally known Energy and Environment Expert having worked on projects in over 20 countries under UN Agencies. He is Graduate in Science and Graduate in Automobile Engineering. He has been regularly conducting training courses for senior levels, mainly the Directors, in the areas of Energy Policy, Energy Technologies, Technologies Transfer, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Prof. Devinder Kumar Banwet, Ph.D., FISTD, FIE.

He is Professor & Group Chair, Operations & Supply Chain Management. He is a graduate mechanical engineer, a Masters in Industrial Engineering & a Ph.D. (Production & Operations Management) from I.I.T. Delhi.
He has been former Head of the DMS, Dalmia Chair Professor, Coordinator of ASRP (Applied Systems Research Programme) and also Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Programme, both Interdisciplinary Research Programmes of IIT, Delhi. His areas of research interest include Operations Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Project Management, IT-enabled DSS, Industrial Systems Engineering, TQM, Manufacturing Strategy, Technology Management, Materials Management, Facilities Planning, OR Modelling, Telecom Systems and Entrepreneurship Management.

He is elected as Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow of ISTD. Prof. Banwet is currently National President of ISTD.
Earlier he was National Treasurer, Vice President (North Zone) and Chairman of ISTD Delhi Chapter. He is a member/life member of quite a few other professional societies like ISTE, ISME, IIIE, GIFT and Systems Society of India etc. Prof. Banwet is on various committees on Technical & Management Education of Government of India, Ministry of HRD, AICTE, DEC (IGNOU) & NPIU and board member of quite a few engineering & management institutions.
